      A micro-SaaS (Software as a Service) is a small, niche-focused software application that serves a specific business need or solves a particular problem for a targeted audience. Unlike traditional SaaS companies that aim to be a one-size-fits-all solution, micro-SaaS products are designed to be highly specialized and often cater to a specific industry, job function, or pain point. By focusing on a narrow scope, micro-SaaS companies can deliver high-value solutions with lower development and marketing costs, making them an attractive option for entrepreneurs and small businesses.

      First, we won't reinvent the wheel (i.e., innovate), educate the market (blue ocean), or disrupt any specific industry. We aim to avoid the typical risks startups face. Additionally, we will not build an audience from scratch or rely on complex go-to-market strategies. Second, we have a simple set of rules to filter opportunities. Every idea must pass the following "Concept Scouting" criteria. Third, we have a unique approach to launching products at scale, much like a car production line. And, on top of that, we will strive to design solutions that can be part of a larger ecosystem (increasing cross-selling among other products of the portfolio)

      Supose we have the ideation and user-flow phase completed. Then, it takes aproximately 2-weeks to build and launch. After that, you have 6 months to grow the business.

      Make sure the idea passes the Scoutin Criteria, design the user-flow, define the scope, and then grow the Product.

      We share 50% of the profits, not the losses. If the business succeeds, we share the profit. If not, the cost is on us.

      If the business fails to generate revenue in 6 months, then we drift apart and Blvd48 will try to recover its costs and investment by selling the business (in some cases, we can share the profits of the "exit").
